Refund policy


We accept returns for eligible items that are unused, not damaged, unlaundered, and with tags. Online purchases are valid for exchange, refund, or store credit within 30 days of receiving the package.  Please refer to the chart below to see if your items qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit.  



All returns will be processed from 3 to 7 days from the moment we receive notification the customer has shipped the items. Once we have processed your refund, exchange, or store credit, a notification will be sent to your registered e-mail with all the details of the transaction. Refunds might take 3 to 8 business days to be reflected on your card.   

Please note that we only accept returns purchased through our website blueskyclothingcousa.comAny orders placed from other third-party retailers will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. 

 

How to Begin Your Return Process:

  3. Share your tracking number with our team. As soon as we receive your tracking information we will process your refund (if applicable), store credit, or exchange.
